I ordered two personalised name cake toppers for my twins for their first birthday. I plan on using the toppers on all future birthday cakes. The toppers came quickly and are so gorgeous. They look dainty and pretty, and are the perfect size (even with the long names my twins have). I'm so impressed and happy with them and would definitely consider purchasing again in the future.

Audrey would rather me post a negative review than to refund me for an incorrect custom order.

I received an incorrect topper based on my order details and emailed straight away hoping it could be rectified before my twins birthday party, it was a week away so thought there might be a chance. However, after emailing AGAIN because I didn’t get a response the first time, I didn’t get a reply until after the party therefore the topper that I had ordered was no use to me and my cake was incomplete because of it.

The owner acknowledged that the sign was produced incorrectly and that they missed my instructions, I also sent photos of what I received. I was offered a refund or partial refund but had to send the order back first before I could get my money back….

I emailed to confirm if the postage costs for having to return it would also be refunded and again had to message several times before I could get a reply. I was told to just put it back in the original parcel, strike my address off and put return to sender on it… I have never done this before in order to return something (I have just moved from the UK so whether you do that here all the time I don’t know). However, after TWO weeks of the lack of reply (care in mind she was still posting Instagram stories) I no longer had the original packaging because my husband threw it out and I weren’t expecting to be asked to return it. I explained that so wanted to check again, if I made all this effort and posted it myself will the postage cost be covered and I have had NO REPLY.

I then comically had an automated email to rate the recent service I received from Cabe and Co and I replied to say that because of all this fuss I’ll have to resort to posting a 0 start review if I’m not going to get a refund. And I still have not received my money back to this day for THEIR mistake.
And they say to support small business…..

I ordered detergent, water and general cleaner labeled bottles. There were both pumps and spray nozzles so I could choose whichever was relevant. There were a couple of spray nozzles spare which is a great extra. They spray a fine mist which is great for plants, but strong enough for a surface cleaner too.

These labels look great on the lids of my clear glass containers (I wanted discreet labels). The font is lovely and elegant and the labels are easy to attach.

Bottles and font are exactly as pictured. The bottles are a crisp white colour and the pumps work smoothly. Really good value product.

The 250mm pump bottles are slim and look great. I can fit five in my small shower nook. The font is lovely and easy to read. Very happy with the product.
