Refund policy
Please choose your products carefully, as Cabe & Co do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. This is due to all items being custom made. Variations in grain, colour, layout & design vary with characters provided in any personalisation. This is not a fault and no refund will be provided based on design/layout. Please request a mockup, in your order notes, should you wish to check this prior to production.
Cancellation Policy
All items are custom made, and as such, we do not offer cancellations after purchase. We do however reserve the right to consider any requests on receipt. Should Cabe & Co accept your request to cancel an order, if production has not started, a 10% cancellation fee will apply.
Damage in Transit
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item has been damaged in transit. In order for us to raise this with our courier, please ensure you take pictures of the damaged item and all packaging. Please contact us within 24hrs of delivery, including any pictures, and we will ensure that you are sent a replacement.
