Processing your order
Each item is carefully made and packaged by us, then shipped via Australia Post. On occasion, we may use an alternative courier, if that deems to be more cost effective for Cabe & Co.
Shipping Address
Entering correct shipping address is your responsibility. Please ensure that you check the shipping address entered prior to checkout, as any mistakes (once in the mail system) unfortunately cannot be changed. If your order is returned to us, you would be responsible for any costs to re-post it to you.
No refunds will be issued if your item is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If your item is returned to us and you wish the item to be re-posted, you will need to pay for shipping of the item.
Delivery - domestic
Standard shipping is via Australia Post Parcel Post. This service usually takes 3-7 business days to arrive, once it's dispatched, however delays can happen and are out-with our control.
If you would like to expedite the shipping timeframe, we strongly recommend upgrading to Express Post.
Express Shipping via Australia Post.
Express shipping usually takes 1-3 business days to arrive, once dispatched, however delays can occasionally happen. Any delay in this service is unfortunately out-with our control. You can check the express network delivery speeds here. Please note that whilst Australia Post have a next day guarantee to select postcodes, this only covers the cost of the shipping. No refund will be provided for an item that does not arrive in time. It is your responsibility to ensure you purchase
Cabe & Co will not be held responsible for any item delayed, lost or damaged whilst in transit. Whilst we will be more than happy to work with you to rectify this, it is fully out-with our control what happens to your order whilst in transit. Delivery - international
All items are shipped with Australia post and delivery timescales vary by delivery location and any local disruptions. You can view the latest delivery timescales on the Australia Post website.
Local taxes are not collected on this site or included in the item price. This will result on any local taxes and import duty/customs fees to be liable to be paid on delivery.
Cabe & Co will not be held responsible for any item delayed, lost or damaged whilst in transit. No refund will be provided for an item that does not arrive in time for a specific event. Providing a date on your order for an event does not guarantee it will arrive by that date. The delivery of your item with the courier is outwith our control.
