SIZE: approx 75mm x 35mm - each layer is made from 3mm thick cast acrylic
Name option is up to you, whether you'd like your first name or surname to be personalised on the tag. Please note that due to limitation on size, I am only able to fit in first names or Mr/Mrs/Ms Surname.
Please note the magnet option must not be used if the wearer has a pacemaker.
